Analysts Can't Keep Up With Nexus
The consensus targert price for Nexus is $8.81. Nexus hit a high of $8.85 and closed today at $8.81!
The analysts are once again behind the curve. The market knows interest rates are falling faster than expected and the market is leading the way driving Nexus price higher.

Hawk: So right ... I have had 5 or 6 REITs hitting 52-week highs during this week! Kinda nice ... after goin thru a couple of years stuck on the down escalator with REITs and dividend stocks ... cuz of increasing rates! Keep them rate cuts comin y'all! Cheers!
