TAX POOLS

With the increase of oil price, more and more companies are or will become taxable; OBE has $2.5 billion in total tax pools, incl. the most valuable of $2.2 billion non-capital losses.

If a fully taxable company acquire OBE, the OBE value of tax pool for that acquirer could be higher than the OBE stock market value.
