If anyone hear any rumors/news about the OBE halt , PLEASE UPDATE. Thanks. My speculation is it will be taken out,(by CPG or WCP)? Too deep a discount.

Refinancing would be my guess or Peace River sale.

Not a takeover by any of the regulars as they are all trading still

Refinancing by issuing new stocks will be foolish at this dirt cheap price. (it should be at least above $10) IMO . Also take over by a cheap stock to cheap stock swap is not a big deal for the others.

Never know...it could be buying Entrada....they make so much sense from a strategic point of view if valuation is right. I mean Stephen Contract goes long enough now to integrate an acquisation....

Nobody else is halted so a private company buy out is best bet if not a refinancing.

What a refinancing lead to a halt? I straight debt faculty renewal I don't think so. Maybe if debentures it would be halted. Refinancing doesnt even really make sense for a halt more think on it. My fingers are crossed for Entrada. Didn't want to see IPO or BNE get them.
