22.5M Financing...

Eric Nutall is on marketcall tomorrow.  I wonder if he got any of this 22.5 financing. Be a perfect timing to pump OBE.  One of Eric's complaints is being able to buy a large enough position in canadian companies without pushing price up.

Considering OBE market cap pre financing is 347M to Cardinal energy  (one of eric top holdings) 765M...how can the value side of Eric miss something that large.

With Prop ownership 100%...perfect story for Nutall.

Hopefully Eric is on his game. Ninepoint should have went for this.

If Nutall has it in his radar he won't say a thing about it on TV until he has his full position.   Once he starts talking about a company, it means he is no longer trying to buy, and now he is in the hold or sell position. Nutall doesnt have that much options too choose from anymore and he needs to rebalance when some of his holdings get "overvalued". Eric would have seen OBE's presentation at the sept peters show. If he wanted...Raymond James or Stifel would have sold to him. Its nutall...he has pull with any broker. I agree...a splash announcement without any twitter warning in advance on TV is how ...more

I witnessed the same exact behavior over the past six month including the behavior you described post offering announcement. There is a big buyer lurking, hides his bids well, but my big sells were consumed.  He loves disppearing though when he senses a big seller or pressure.   I picked up near 50k shares post offering announcment when it dropped 12%.  My purchase was ...more

Q4 Numbers Capex 47M Decommision 3M CF 90.1 FCF 40.1 How can Nuttall ignore a FCF yield like this...annualize our FCF and look at our market cap.
