Banks paid out with term debt
Another interpretation could be the company maintained poor relations with its bank lenders with the end result costing the company as cheaper bank financing is paid off with high cost term loan(s) .

Serious Spanito? I bought some last thursday at $6.15. Those shares are up 16% now. IN ONE WEEK. What oil names you watching that have done better?
