Something to think about on land attrition...

If you space at widths some companies are doing in Cardium....14 sections of land used for every 28 wells. That s 38.8% of a whole township.

The breakout of cardium undeveloped land is likely 20-30% top tier locations, 20-30 medium, 20-30 not great and 0-10 not economic at all. So for every 100 sections of land...only 20-30 sections that are top tier.  Doesnt take that many years to drill it out.

The problem in the cardium is not multi stacked. Or economically not yet.

Both Bluesky and Clearwater multi stacked are and thankfully as it would get drilled out fast as well.
