RBC has changed thier rating to outperform with a $14 Canadian price target.
Word is starting to get out on this potential Gem.

RBC needs to revive the other brain dead analysts who cover these Canadian oil equities. Even the $14 doesn't do OBE's valuation justice. The first four letters of their job best describes these clowns: anal. Where is the great Eric Nutballs who raved about TVE? Oh my!
