20% Death Spiral

Last 5 days have performed as well as PXT. In order to get a 20% drawdown PXT had to proclaim their new target acreage was a dud and drop guidance by 20%. OBE has dropped hard on heavy volume. 

OBE now has a MC that is 450 million less than Cardinal, and now also less than SGY. With similar netbacks. 

Would think debt might be a problem but somehow SOIL with similar production and 350 million in higher debt has a EV that is nearly 30% higher than OBE. What gives?
