First of all: and the problem would be??    they are buying a massive asset so we KNOW dilution is coming. Secondly: they are raising 400 million, you seem to be well informed, good for you :-)

I think I know how they are going to raise that 400 million, just received annual meeting booklet last week read it on the weekend and they are proposing a 25 to 1 share consolidation, so I started with Exile Resources having 30,000 shares ended up with OER  at 1,843  shares now going down to only 75 shares.That sure is shareholder value? So this would bring OER to maybe $30 range, with
