Re:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:No news on Didipio means no good news to c

Muggles, Club et al--you speak about that which you do not know, in this instance---not always, but in this particular instance you need some information.  Some time ago, a school mistress named Robin Broad--ultra leftist of the ilk that hates, despises every aspect of capitalism and would foist socialism, that ever so successful ideology, on a global scale if she could--this professor at American University, knowing Governor Padilla of Nueva Vizcaya thus Didipio was suitably ensnared by leftist factions in the Philippines, took him and his cohorts to El Salvador to witness El Salvador legislation outlawing metals mining.  Oceana was one of the miners affected by the legislation, it cost them a few million.  Robin Broad and her crew, Mining Watch Canada included ---shifted their tenacles to the Philippines where they are well connected to this day and no doubt running the people's struggle against capitalism under the radar.
Duterte needs to know this, and I wonder if Oceana has the sublty to usher that information to the Duterte Administration without blowing it;  Duterte needs to know that an American school teacher and other foreign nationals are using Padilla like a puppet, jumping on every opportunity to hammer nails in Oceana's Didipio coffin --the latest being the aftermath of a typhoon.
The Philippine government has made it clear that mining is going to be a major contributor in their post pandemic economic recovery---information abounds about that.  Therefore, to say that Didipio is a write off is absolutely premature. All that stands between a new FTAA and Oceana reopening Didipio is a small band of shrill ultra leftist, foreign influenced to the hilt.  Hopefully Mr. Duterte gets wind of it ---he doesn't back down, a proven fact. IMO

Even then Sam Pazuki is NOT the one who can turn the ship around nor does he have the ability to explain this to Duarte and get this message through to him.

You would need to hire Duarte's relatives in order to get the deal through. Sam Pazuki doesn't have this skill set to navigate through this political climate.
