Club--you're hung up on a word.  Bonus is being applied by E. because unlike a lot of miners which are presently duds(we agree on that at least for now), Oceana has a very real chance, the odds of which will vary from analyst to analyst, of a dormant mine becoming active.  You appear to believe that the odds are not good.  I believe they are good. Right now it's taking a beating, people losing interest because of fatigue and lower POG.  IMO

Psych01.  I agree with you that there is a good chance the FTAA will be renewed. I also agree that “… we're talking about a stream of money that Duterte et al need very much to say the least. “ I wonder, however, whether Duterte needs OGC to get his stream of money.  The TFAA has not been renewed.  Thus, on a legal basis the contract is over.
