Any more synergies with AGRA

Agra is the company that sold their candy factory in Winnipeg to Organigram.  Agra has stated they are looking to get into the U.S. Market.  I bought into Agra as a Casino play as at the Current levels it could be a 10 bagger with a little news.  Always wondered if the relationship with Organigram and Agra could grow.  They have a hugh greenhouse in Delta with their first crop on the way.  There is a nest of bashers on the Organigram site, looks to me like they are working collectively to keep Agra down.

unless i misunderstood, if they bought the candy factory from Agra then there is no synergy or relationship for them to grow together. OGI simply bought something from AGRA and moved on....right?

More milestone shares coming to Agra over the next couple of years and not stated but suggested high THC flower deal/or other potential future synergies

Don't think so, AGRA has a hugh property and buildings in New Brunswick along the river.  With Organigram hiring 75 new employess this could be an ideal fit.  The gummy deal in Winnipeg also has a lot of bonus clauses.  Suspect Coopens is interviewing for the CEO job, but with British Tobacco involved suspect they will hire someone more senior and familiar with them.
