Plus she will be based in Toronto and run the company with remote control.

Did not expect such a poor choice from BAT.

CEO should be based in NB so that he /she can closely manage the affairs of the company. Looked at her track record. She is a mediocre executive at best and not shareholder-friendly and queen of dilution. The last company had 762 million shares.  Just before the company was sold she did one dilution in Jan and then another one again in Feb. After the first dilution, they had enough money to ...more

actually, we'll need to look on the bright side of her being based in toronto. first , i believe at the begining she will spend a lot of time locally with ogi executives, the facilities, employees etc. to familiarize hereself with everything as hands on, beyond that, sceo's don't needto be as close to everyday operation if they havethe right  people in placeto update them. than ...more
