Yes cash is king right now. Holding off for now. Make sure when you buy my new bed it is a Casper mattress I like those the best. Don't forget to switch to led lights and get some solar panels lol

Ok whatever Marf, whatever you have is fine lol..... We are in dangerous waters across the markets. Fed rates (1/26), Poutine/Ukraine, Inflation, Omicron, not to mention everyone running into the streets around the world protesting restrictions, Crapto currency is tanking, pick a topic they are all causing grief. Time to drive down to Palm Springs and hide out until its over lol
