Now I see what you are saying. If they beat on earnings on Feb 13th there is nothing to stop this from running as no resistance till $5.40 !! BAT will be laughing all the way to the bank when they are funding the next two intallments at $3.22 !!  The remaining 25,786,350 shares subscribed for shall be issued at the Per Share Price in two further equal tranches on or around August 30, 2024

TA looking very positive. 5yr., 2yr., and 1yr. Trend lines all broken. 50DMA crossing 200DMA Volume averaging UP. RSI high but not over bought. ... and as an added bonus, a war chest dedicated to M&A in a heavily depreciated Cannabis market bottom. What could possibly go wrong?  lol In at C$2.60.
