This could have the DEA dragging their feet putting any trail far into the future and could push any decision forward to next year. JMHO

Not likely Lion. I am sure there are many lawsuits in the (very litigious USA) taking a run at the DEA.  MJ isn't going away and the DEA has pretty much accepted this fact. Just sit tight, the election should move the dial just enough to get MJ rescheduled. Go Longs!!
