Excellent analysis Canada Fan

Sincerely appreciate your in depth knowledge on this company...with the facts you allege...buying at these levels seems like a slam dunk...we have preliminary data that this virus is safe and effective...the big pharma involvement suggests they have done their DD...but why is this price locked in the 3s? There aren't any secrets in life? I find it difficult to believe the market has missed this opportunity...so there must be something we are missing....cash burn? study results weren't slam dunk good? I don't think we would be stalled at this level if there was going to be game breaking news in a week....

When ONCY was planning to use pelo as a monotherapy, and ran the head and neck trial, they had results that were OK but not stellar. The FDA told them they had to split their samples into two groups and should rethink their strategy as a monotherapy. Thye also had various old trials (panc etc) that provided information over time showing, wonder of wonders, after about 6-9 months into the trial ...more

can't they find a stronger virus like Covid to destroy the tumor? If it messes with the normal cells so much maybe it will mess with the cancer cells also

The most important background on Pelareorep, it only multiplies in Cancer Cells. lit can be injected systemically & it ";finds" the tumours. majority of existing drugs on market or in studies, need to be injected into a tumour. Covid? does attack all cells  Same concern with many older generation " chemotherapy";drugs. they are harsh, if not down right poisonous to all ...more

I would like to add an odd ball thought to this subject.  If this product can "excite and stimulate the immune system", why would all the people of the world ( who could afford to pay for it) not have it as a yearly vaccine to treat any unknown cancer in the body.

Well would it not still have to partner with the administered treatment which would not be given  just because a person does not go and get radiation or chemo as a preventative action..

A fair question from m8. It probably requires a checkpoint inhibiter to "see" the cancer cells. But, consider this. Once you have had one kind of cancer, and you have taken reo  + a CI, and overcome that cancer, your immune system recognizes the cancer if it reoccurs. In other words, we have a double stranded RNA vaccine against a cancer once your body has recognized it. You can ...more

hmmm...link from fastrrack has me wondering now also.. Innately Adaptive™ Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is developing pelareorep, a safe and well-tolerated intravenously delivered immuno-oncolytic virus (IOV) that kills cancer through a unique mechanism of action with two components, selective tumor lysis and activation of the innate and adaptive immune systems, creating an inflamed phenotype to ...more
