Meaning if AWARE abstract data

I'm curious if the effectiveness of paleo as an activator for immune therapy can be derived from the abstract information. I remember several years ago Brad Thompson saying that paleo could increase candidacy of immune therapy under development by all the major pharmaceutical from 20% to upto 80% For cohort one in the AWARE trial, the CETL score increased on 5 of ten patients on day 3 biopsis and 6 of ten on day 21 biopsis. Does this abstract information imply paleo will triple the immune therapy candidacy? I know I'm reading to much into the abstract info but a tripling would be a very very big deal.
