Trillium Offer
You should be asking what is the 60 day weighted average of ONCY, if you expect a comparable offer.
"Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) and Trillium Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ/TSX: TRIL) today announced that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which Pfizer will acquire Trillium, a clinical stage immuno-oncology company developing innovative therapies for the treatment of cancer. Under the terms of the agreement, Pfizer will acquire all outstanding shares of Trillium not already owned by Pfizer for an implied equity value of $2.26 billion, or $18.50 per share, in cash. This represents a 118% premium to the 60-day weighted average price for Trillium."

Since Pfizer doesn't presently own any ONCY, the 60 day weighted average price will likely not have any influence on their offer, should Pfizer decide to acquire ONCY.

Better to give results and good one Or a deal before any buyout offer. ONC need a market cap well over the actual to see a buyout in multiple billions $. Tril was already over a billion when the buyout came out. Long way to go but it could go fast. Mr Parsons has 45k options to convert and I think he will want to convert them fast!
