low expectations for tomorrow

Personally, I have low expectations for the presentations tomorrow.

One is basically a poster session, even though it is called a spotlight session.


One addresses the Adlai Norton trial, which is really only intended to show that the Chinese population of BC is similar enough to the North American one so the results of the two sets of studies and be used to inform each other and perhaps combined. This is a single arm trial, so no hypothesis testing about PFS ORR or OS unless they could assume what SOC gives for those metrics.

I don't recall the topic of the second one.

So when will you have high expectations?  I have read many of your posts and you have followed this company for a long time.  You seem to believe an acquisition is imminent,  This runs counter to my experience investing in biotechs where the real excitement seems to happen in pnase III

I just said I do not have high expectations about the talks tomorrow and their near term implications.  The company has said it will not proceed to a PH 3 without a partner. They have said to expect announcements on Ph 3 applications by mid year 2023. We have the irrefutable results of Goblet already in hand. And lots of great papers summarizing results about the TME, synergy with I/O
