Amgen to acquire Horizon Therapeutics for US$26.4 Billion
"The California-based biotech leader will pay $116.50 for each share of Horizon, according to Reuters. Struck just three weeks before the close of 2022, it is biopharma’s largest deal of the year."
"Rumors of a potential acquisition first started circulating last month, after WSJbroke the story. At the time, the company confirmed it was fielding offers from three industry giants - Amgen, Sanofi and Janssen - though discussions were still “highly preliminary.”

I noticed that too, but your talking over eight years ago trading at $2 Also Noteable how many shares do you have? I figure since you post so much daily every hour or two you must be holding north of 100K shares?

Horizon Therapeutics has been primarily a "Generics Drug" company until recently when it developed a proprietary drug line in specialty products focusing on immunology. ONCY is a proprietary drug company with a focus on immuno- oncology. (immunology/oncology).

We know, or can comfortably assume that we are in discussions with at least 2 industry giants, maybe at least 3 ( Merck, Roche & PFE.) I would also assume we're further along in said discussions than 'preliminary.' We could use a WSJ or Bloomberg report/leak to get things moving. We could also use that $26.4b. GL.
