So this is a chat room.
Some look here for information, some provide information & some instead of any semblance of logic, attack those providing the information.
The only thing personal attacks & Ad Hominem accomplish is to degrade the quality of the forum.

A challenge.
I will post 5-6 recent news/ data & accomplishments from ONC.
please I welcome solid discussion to refute any of these points, preferably by number.

1. Onc just received fast track designation for a Pelareorep & tecentriq ( Roche), co- therapy trial.
2.:It was announced November 10th, that the Goblet trial had a 69% response rate. Triple the industry standard of care. Including one full response. Meaning that patient ( so far) , was cured..unheard of for panc cancer. One of the deadliest..hence the fast track approval.
3. on December 8th , ONC's partner Adlai Nortye announced clinical data, demonstrating Anti- cancer Activity. With palareorep & Paclitaxel ( Pfizer )..leading to next step of phase 3 registration.
4. Aware-1 results published at breast cancer symposium, showing positive results ( Onc & Pfizer).
5. Onc & Pfizer have a 90 day mutual exclusive " data blackout" , giving Pfizer first right of refusal to offer a licensing deal with Onc. ...MBc phase 3 trial registration.
6. Onc is now in position & has stated so, to partner with a company to license both panc cancer & Mbc...They have all said those discussions are " on- going, with multiple large pharma"
7. There are 3 separate smaller items; The on going co therapy with Incyte. The on- going CAR-t, trials & pharma discussions. About 2-3 other new trials. Neither oF which has shown any bad results.

So, there you go: Not pumping, just stating facts.

that's awesome but we have heard this 14000 times. the issue at hand at hand is the pumping you folks do saying be patient ... the buyout for 4000 billion is just around the corner. nobody knows anything for sure about what's going on in the company unless your an insider. so stick to things you folks know for sure and we will get along much better.  I dont suffer fools who ramble on

Warmest Regards westcoast.  A buyout or partnership MUST happen before mid year. As/ my many points posted. There are no other reasons for delays. looking deeper than " just the facts" , are the timelines associated with each of those. The Aware-1, bracelet , Pfizer " deal " is in ir near its 90day window. Canadafan Agree on all points that you have stated. Big question will it be partnership or buyout, Will it come down to what Coffey wants or what BP desires the most. What it will come down to is cooperation and give and take on both sides of the table so lets hope that all are reasonable. As to what is reasonable, well that is the question.

Having multiple parties interested in ONC/Y takes care of getting a reasonable price. Whether a buyout or a partnership I'm content to let the negotiating process sort that one out, although I personally believe a buyout is more likely.  As regards Matt Coffee he is obviously influential in whatever decisions get made, but there is also a board who are supposed to represent the

Great post Proboscises, thank you. I concur with your assessment that a buyout is more likely. The 2 new BOD additions were handed 45k each in options to broker a buyout, not hold Matt's hand for yrs in a partnership that may see the SP not preform as it should. Parsons and Rigby, in my opinion, want the buyout and to move on, all the while cashing in. I'd hate to get a PR release stating

The question was asked " when Will buyout o4 partnership happen" Fair question. My answer was " when the negotiations are done & an offer put to shareholders is when it will happen". The exact date & time is impossible for anyone to answer. Until the deal is negotiated, the date & time is wide open. Even the execs at large pharm or Onc can't answer that

We need to be reminded of these points over and over because of the negative sentiment as shown by the share price, and of course the steady (or even worse, the subtle, intermittent) comments from an array of bashers. I was reading today about ADCs on Fierce Biotech. I know nothing about ADCs. I do think that an ADC was used in Cohorts 4, 5 and 6 of Aware-1. Can anyone elaborate on the relationship of ADCs and pelareorep. TIA

Buckhenry your arguments rate a zero on credibility. All of the information I presented is public & publised. again , Ad Hominem  wasteful use of time & energy. one level above name calling.
