I think we are under a short attack // in combo with a hostile take over move.

Management needs to hire external consultants i.e. do "Strategic Review" formalized the bidding process so to maximize share value.

Otherwise, will we be robbed here...

Anyway, this lady is going to make money either way but would prefer a massive billion dollar homerun.

@Sundaylady. I agree they need more help on the strategy side, and suggested they hire a knowledgeable firm months ago. Their focus always seems a bit off to the side. MC should stop these talks; we have all we need from him; his last few talks have been a better and the analogy to a splinter in the thumb is an improvement over the bank robbers. He seems oblivious to the irony of the latter story.
