I think the fact Dr. Thomas Heineman is presenting is a positive. I have received a phone call from ONC/ONCY encouraging me to vote. That too may be positive as it is anomalous. As far as I know that has not happened before. I am not prepared to say this time is different as very few folks know for sure, but the firm has been very positive of late, and there is a je ne sais quoi feel to the

Now that is interesting for sure as I would be curious as to who reached out to you to vote and how they asked you to vote as in my 22 years with the company this has never happened and never heard of this with any company. They would not really care how many votes they have as SUPPOSEDLY the results are just tabulated on the votes cast as I understand it and I was even told that the non votes

I do not think he stated vote this way, but it seemed to me he would like the vote to go for what they are asking. Then there were instructions as to how to vote, and who to contact. As I do not know of anyone else who has gotten a message from mc, maybe you could enlighten us exactly what he outlined to you. Still seems unusual for a public company to separately solicit shareholders to vote from my experience.

@inthno. Message on my home phone 4/18/23. MC identified himself, encouraged shareholders to vote. Mentioned directors, auditors and options. Explained how to vote et cetera. The message was 75 seconds in duration and came from 877 452 7184. I am a very small shareholder and the message was for all shareholders regardless of the number of shares held. I considered the message useful and expect
