And now we here from MC telling us not to expect any OS data at ASCO. And it seems likely no OS data till early 2024!

What changed between March and May?

How can they promise evolving OS data by June, and then push it out at least six months?

Sadly, I believe I know the reason. If the evolving OS data was definitively positive, they would release it. If not, then wait till it "matures" further. 

Another clue on the quarterly call was the helpful suggestion that we should not expect any BD deal or news quickly after ASCO. 

WHY THE H*LL NOT?

Serioulsy, all interested parties have had months to examine the data thoroughly. If it was as astounding as we are hoping, then a deal would materialize soon enough. 

The market does not appear to be impressed with the "oral" presentation. Given recent comments from ONC, I'm not at all surprised.

Spinning the narrative is something that you seem to do well Quentin30 since what you are trying to spin again has already been addressed including everything involving your "suspicions". IND-213 is being validated by Bracelet-1 before being translated into a Phase III registration study. Funny how you keep missing out on all the information that has been communicated about the process

It was a randomised phase II trial, why does it need validation..? The whole point of showing statisical significance in a Phase II, is that you can then move straight to Phase III. FDA gave ONCY fast track and SPA... but only advised them to find a biomarker... NOT insisted, or demanded. So there was something fishy about the results, that no-one was prepared to cover the cost of a Phase III

"why does it need validation/" -Because Quentin30 in science reproducability is part of the validation process and why the FDA requires 2 clinical trials using the same protocol to confirm an earlier study's results. A second study's data is be used confirm the outcome of the first study and therefore validate the overall results All this was laid out for you in ONCY's

Quentin, They asked for a verification because it was a relatively small sample, it had wildly good results, and there was the question of whether it was an immune response or direct lysis. Remember, a virus does not have the widespread recognition and acceptance as would chemo for example. Ionc. I am certain you know the right answer to your question, but you want to spin some negative BS instead.  The people are still alive so the OS cannot  yet be calculated! It awaits 80% of them to expire! Is that hard to understand? Why not expect an immediate deal after ASCO? You SHOULD to this also. They are trying to get the best deal. Most BP companies have not seen the ASCO
