Warrant Indenture
Document was recently filed without any suprises as we already knew about the accelarated warrant expiry if this reaches $6.50, but, article 5.1 is interesting. The corporation reserves the right to buy back the warrants under private contract at a price deemed acceptable by the BOD. I have to say this is above my pay grade but anyone know if this is a boiler plate clause in these types of situation, or are we to believe ONC hopes to come into some funds (Adlai milestones?) to save a little face on these cheap 5 year warrants prior to BO talks? Probably grasping at straws but wondering if anyone has seen this before. Thanks.

Way over my head, but what I have seen before is this thing not able to gain any traction. Something smells here.

With my money too. The only way to handle this is to trade my way out. Investing not in the cards for this piece of c**p. It's topped out.

Plain Jane, Janus-faced prevaricators falsetto went out to explicitly misrepresent Article 5.1 of the Warrant Indenture.

OK .. maybe I was a little harsh. ONCY does reserve the right to buy back whatever of the warrants issued - whenever it chooses. So if the warrant holders want in on the stock .. they better decide soon to move on the exercising of their options, before ONCY does in the company's advance preparations for Big Pharma's acquisition. The time for one is nearing.

And since the FTC has decided to pause their challenge to the US$28 Billion takeover of Horizon by Amgen .. the M&A activies of Big Pharma are about to ramp up in Q4 2023. So let the smoke start billowing.

Glad you finally read the article instead of falsely acusing people. The accerlarated expiry is in the propspectus which we've known about for about a month. I din't say that was in 5.1. Still waiting to see if anyone has seen such a clause before.

Should read: ...the warrants have no inherent value other than giving the holder the right to purchase the stock at US$2.81 per share ...
