CanadaFan, You may be correct, though it seems unlikely a company would willingly give up a listing on NASDAQ without being taken private.  Can you find any past instances of Canadian dual-listted companies that have retreated to TSX only?

Most companies do not voluntarily leave nasdaq as it is about prestige and access to a larger capital and investor base. Usually the reasons for leaving nasdaq would be either by default or a BO where that would no longer be needed. I still think that at this time we cannot completely discount what itntfd passed on from Matt in regards to the possible change in the San Diego office. "
