I guess a fair assumption, everyone knows about the conference lol
interesting to see the massive amount if back & forth looking for something, anything to chew on.
Let me clear up a few things.
1. Any newsworthy information would have to come out in a formal news release prior to any public/ semi private events. Rational, everone must get news at same time though proper notices. So! Unless there is a N.R. Prior, the talk will be an overview of the existing online presentation.
2. Regardless of content, the real question is why & what value?
This event was not on any Onc " upcoming events", ...just out of the blue.
Some go on & on about Onc not getting the word out. Then when they get the word out, go on & on finding ways to put the  attendance at such an event down.
Will Matt swing medical professionals to run & buy Onc shares en masse , not likely.
Could he meet up with important contacts, that could lead to other contacts ..& so on...100% for sure.
I was in sales decades ago. Worked for a global multi billion company well known name. Certainly did not need to be promoted.
I attended one conference. Commingled, met sales representatives from other countries. Same company, slightly different approach to gathering prospects.
Thst lead to a lunch , which lead to various technical meetings, which lead to a massive spin off business. Took about 6 months beginning to end. Net results created a very profitable business, that previously did not exist.
long story,. Bottom line.
Some conferences are a total waste of time & money. Some produce unpredictable outcomes.
usually good outcomes.
Some predetermined, some totally unexpected, as in my example.
I can't speculate as to motivation @ this time to be attending a relatively general conference, without a new story to tell.
it was not on the books, not revealing anything new.puzzling.
one hint may be the attendees , which he is speaking with.
like all the other strange things happening since PanCan backed out...we will just have to wait & see.

They have never effectively maintained the "Upcoming Events" section on their website - previous versions and the current version - so I wouldn't put to much on the premise this conference was out of the blue.

I would certainly hope the industry knew and knows about ONC already. I highly doubt if ONC had something good in the pipeline, the big players wouldn't already be aware of it. You actually think MC is going to drop some kind of bombshell at this conference?

The "sell" button? Totally depends on when one bought etc. Those who were able to think past the FUD & buy on the rcent dip AKA under $1 on the Nas & about $1.25 CDN, are now sitting on a quick 20% . Nice return for a few weeks. HOWEVER! Traders aside. The upside is in multiples of present day price. Even the lowest most conservative Canadian anbalyts has a $6ps rating

If we get a volume over 2 million (5 times daily average) and the SP sticks around $1.15 all day, then it is reasonable to assume this is nothing more than wash trading to attract attention to dump some more shares through the ATM. TImed in anticipation of a "newsy" day on Friday. And then MC will deliver nothing as usual.  $1.20 or less... suspected wash trading, typical boilier

$1.30, $1.20, I assume you are talking NAS $. The recent T.A. Shows $1.25 as the resistance level. What I have found interesting is the step fashion en which the price moves. That is too consistent to be everyday trading. AKA computer trading.

MC announces a corporate presentation at a regional sales conference and ONC uses the opportunity to stoke additional interest due to the potential for absolutely amazing news!!! Unfortunately the well runs dry very quickly.  MC will very likely present nothing of substance tomorrow, other than vague assurances that a P3 will begin soon.  It takes a couple of weeks before "investors" like you forget they have been deceived (yet again) and then ONC can reset and reload for the next round.
