It would appear that we only get a virtual meeting as I am sure it would be too difficult for management to give shareholders a chance to ask any questions. You can ask/submit questions as I have in the past. What bothers me the most is that shareholders can't vote "against" management whether they want to or not. I realize voter turnout on just about any stock is never anywhere near high enough to make a difference without a large activist investor but it's a matter of principle.

Yes you can submit questions as I have tried to do in the past, and at the open AGMS they usually had up to almost an hour for shareholders to ask questions as i have been to almost everyone they had in Calgary but since they went virtual I cannot remember any more than maybe 3 questions being asked before they closed things down and they always seemed like planted questions such as manufacturing ...more

For what it's worth I've never heard of a company who doesn't vote per recommendations when shareholders don't vote or asign a proxy. I randomly pulled up the 2019 proxy form and it has the same wording. Cheers.
