You can ask/submit questions as I have in the past. What bothers me the most is that shareholders can't vote "against" management whether they want to or not. I realize voter turnout on just about any stock is never anywhere near high enough to make a difference without a large activist investor but it's a matter of principle.

For what it's worth I've never heard of a company who doesn't vote per recommendations when shareholders don't vote or asign a proxy. I randomly pulled up the 2019 proxy form and it has the same wording. Cheers.
