the fda guidelines state acceptance of request for a meeting will occur within 21 days of the request.  oncy made that request on or around april 12 and the meeting yesterday confirmed the fda granted the request (which apparently happened within that 21 day guideline). fda guidelines state a meeting will be within 75 days from the requested date.  that means a meeting will occur within

ok, when the office of therapeutic products (otp) at the fda sent the decision to grant the type c meeting, that should have been accompanied with the meeting date. that said and if that happened, then oncy is supposed to send a meeting package to the otp at least 47 days before the scheduled date of the meeting or wro (written request only). the meeting is scheduled for 60 minutes. if the

not to beat a dead horse but most companies have no problem announcing the meeting date . Some investors like that clarity to make decisions . Sure , there may be no obligation for the company to do it but why hide it and let people speculate .
