The only thing we know for sure is they are running low on funds and will have to cut some kinda of deal in the near future... good or bad. But please continue to be patient...

Allowing cash to drop below 12 months operating I believe is a first. Let's hope this suggests something of significance is abot to happen.  However, you have to wonder how seriously BP will negotiate knowing ONC's money problems. For now it's a drip, drip, drip scenario.
