What is the reason ....

Just remeber that on December 14 OPS have issued a 
$ 10 M SEDAR Final Short Form Prospectus
and on December 22 they close the deal !

What is the reason for this issuance now.
We know all that on November 30 they had $ 29 M cash on hand and the burning rate at about $ 4 to $ 5 M per quarter.
Do they want to built a plan in the USA where they sold 
more than 50 % of theit product ?
$ 50 M is a big issuing but....? and why announcing this ''issuance on a Friday after the market close ?
For sure something is cooking !
