Why investing in OPS
Just a speculative decision !
Promising in the long run and the investor has to deal with the possibility to see the share price going down in the coming months.to be back at a higher level in a couple of years..
Ultra high speculative, buy but the reward could be great.
By the way , I just have been around today and not impressed with what I see.
Around 80 cars in the parking lot and lower occupancy rate of what I saw a couple of months ago.
They have been investing in a larger parking lot 3 months ago and the space was almost empty .
Just to say that they have invested in a ''non''productive'' asset and questioning the decision.
The parking area could accomodate a minimum of 125 cars.
So 80 cars mean $ 10 M in top line revenue and 125 cars mean a $ 15,6 M revenue in a quarter .
As long as the parking is at a 60 % capacity top line revenu is going to ''linger'' for sometimes !
Finally when you go fishing ....let your line down and wait for the ''BIG''fish!
Happy trading and let your line down in the deep water !

You are a funny guy Bossu!!! Your analysis is based on the parking lot! Do you know that OPS has moved admin in another building and that they have an evening shift for production??? Hey, keep on the good work! cheers!

Bossu, you view OPS as 'high risk'/ high reward. While it's not the Bank of Montreal, Imo, OPS is a low risk/high reward hitech, which is what makes it unusual. Your car count is appreciated.....did the same many years ago on a company operating in Toronto, and made a lot of money on just that one series of observations.
