Somewhere between 200 to 300 procedures done between March 22 ( webinar post)  and April 5th - 14 days . Let's say 15 a day , the low end , and assume NO, ABSOLUTELY ZERO, acceleration in adoption -gives us 5475 on that date. All I can say is your pessimism appears overdone.
