Company insiders

According to Simply Wallstreet, ORA insiders now own 60 percent of the shares, with Paulo de Brito owning just over 51 percent of shares. Insiders have bought signifigant amounts of stock in the past weeks which is now just being reported. Simply Wall Street has the stock's fair value at 78.50 CAD. Another thing to take notice of is the large sums of shares being traded. ORA traded sideways with low volume. There's definitely something in the works with this stock. The general public is scrambling for few shares- 34 percent available to public after intitutional ownership.

ORA shareholders like myself are not selling, too much potential in the near future, esp with gold rising and dividends potentially increasing in the next few years.

The target price of 78.50 seems high but would take if by any means.  Definitely can see a double at current prices with increase in produciton.  The price of gold and bullishness of gold sector would be the real catalyst going forward.  The divident of .83 US exceeded my expectations by far and .15 to .25 was my estimate.  Estatic to say the least!  This is an excellent ...more

Gold is going to have a hard time going lower, main reason being you just can't buy physical gold in any real quantity, even TD is sold out of 1oz gold buffalos and gold eagles. Go on JM Bullion and you'll notice that a fair bit of their product is sold out. In fact you're still paying $1900 or so an oz for 2021 gold eagels.

I use Simply Wall St also, and the vast undervalued state of the stock price is very appealing. How are retail shareholders treated by the company in the view of posters here. I note they just gave you a large dividend.

I have had this stock for over 7 months  I'm with TD Ameritrade..  They told me there was no money in that fund account to pay anyone .. so I don't understand how you recived any dividends.

Seems to me TD Ameritrade is the problem, whenever people here complain about not being paid a dividend, or being locked out of trading or account problems it's the same thing over and over. TD Ameritrade. I'm with RBC, got paid before the market opened. Something definelty crooked going on. Maybe call IIROC?
