Convertible debentures wouldbe my guess.
It is clear what the NAV per share is at these gold price levels. The project has low cap ex and almost non existant execution risk. 
Patrick is talking about finanally closing the financing in a matter of days. Yet the stock has dropped from the 1.21 to 1.13 in the last few days.
The only rational selling would be taking place by those with additonal information that makes selling at these levels benificial.
If not, what other explaination is these.

To be fair, the whole market has been sideways to down and this has held up reasonably well. We shall see, hopefully tomorrow? Cheers
