15,000 A YEAR, DON'T EVEN NOTICE IT. The mine is up and running, cashflowing bigtime. You get the cash when you need it. NOW! 
Instead they dilute now. Not only does NAV per share take a hit---- share price drops and guess what, you have selling selling and more selling as the banks unload the shares. Oh yeah.... and they 've already been seliing driving down the price of the stock.

15k oz at 1,750 AU and purchase price of $400 (standard terms these days) would have cost the company $20m/year.  Bigger issue is that the streaming company then has a continuing stream beyond the expected project.  ORE has up to 5m oz while the project is only a bit over 1m oz.   The cost/dilution could have been much, much higher.  Sometimes streams make sense, sometimes ...more

As you say lumpy13: 'As expected, its price has fallen, but will rebound nicely once investors realize the mine will now be built and the long term upside is significant.' I agree although arguably, there was some overreaction in there somewhere today but, I am sure some smart people made out big time on getting bargain basement prices. For instance, I think saw just one of Canaccord buys ...more
