What's good about the capital raise/financing

1.  Loan is in local currency and at a reasonable rate.  
2.  Equity raise was at premium to current market price.
3.  No warrants.
4.  Most importantly, a local/regional shareholder, who was willing to pay a premium, and which will help provide local political support.

All in all, a positive step forward in moving ORE to become a 170k oz producer with funding at acceptable terms.
No complaints.

I thought the new financing would be seen as positive by the market but if it was a factor in today's late day surge in the price, but also acknowledging that trading volume was low.   If I didn't already have a signficant position in ORE, I'd be a buyer of (more shares) as ORE has been successfully working through it new mining/plant operations. Plus, equally important ...more

Volume up over last few days ---maybe the elite in BF decided to buck up
