Dead money

I am about to liquidate my entire position. This has been dead money and an opportunity cost for awhile as I see other stock picks on my watch list fly. Can't see any market interest in ORV in the short to medium term unless price of gold skyrockets. Someone other than Gandoplh convince me otherwise. Give me a good reason to smile like Juan

Sorry Beluga, I got nothing to stop you. Would like to have us smilin like Smilin Juan below, but not gonna happen any time soon, unless you are the 5 overpaid executive position holders in this company, or one of the 6 ( yes you read that right , SIX ) directors that Orvana requires for one functioning mine. We all know that this management gives itself huge undeserved salaries and does not care about the shareholders. The problem is that it is impossible to get rid of this rotten management. Shareholders caught in a trap.

Beluga2020, It has been a while since I saw posts with the topic of "Orvana as DEAD MONEY". So let me compare the current trading action of Orvana with another stock that was written off as DEAD MONEY during the entire year of 2019 when the ask price was one penny Canadian on the TSX and the bid price was a half penny Canadian on the TSX.  That dead money situation lasted the ...more

TVI Pacific, eh? Remember this baby being the talk of the show  in the last PM upleg. Orvana for sure is not "dead money" just a dormant stock.  I used to own TVI Pacific and sold it because there were billions of shares issued if I remember correctly.  As for Orvana, it is a sleeper waiting for its time.  A big difference between TVI Pacific and Orv is that Orv ...more

Call it want you want. Dead money or dormant stock, there is an opporrtunity cost. Gold up big and at this time, Orvana is down. Actually the only miner that I own that is down, and I own quite a few.
