"Laboratory assays and evaluation of the data collected during the drilling program is in progress, and is expected to be completed by late May. A new Mineral Resource Estimate is being updated in compliance with Canadian National Instrument 43-101, by Geosim Services Inc, an independent consulting firm, and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of fiscal 2021."

so i wonder if this means during the fiscal third quarter we will get an updated NI 43-101 on Taguas or at the start of third quarter which could be anytime now.

xyz_trader1, The consultant hired to do the 43-101 report is Mr. Ronald G. Simpson, P Geo of Geosim Services. Table 1 in the July 5 NR is most likely from the revised 43-101 report.  I checked the math on Table 1 and it is all correct, so kudos to Mr. Simpson for getting his math right.  I took a look at some of his past reports, and the graphics presented in those reports are ...more

yellowgulch, The only takeover defense that a small company like Orvana Minerals would have is to adopt a shareholder rights plan that would give current shareholders a defense mechanism against a hostile takeover. However, in the grand scheme of things, if Orvana's Board were to get an offer of say $10 USD per share for Orvana, I think that hypotherical deal would get done in an instant ...more
