I dont want to litter board with facts that have been posted before.  But if this post is removed as a result of a complaint, I will do so.

Juan is in his 6th year as CEO and he has missed almost every small objective that he has ever set out: misses guidance year after year despite lowering the bar every year, misses gettin the OSP into production, misses increasing production, misses lowering AISC............nuthin but misses,,,,,,,,,,,,,,quarter after quarter, and year after year......

How is Juan still CEO??????????  Where is the board???????  Where is our controllin shareholder with 52%????????  WHY IS THIS STILL HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
