A large chunk ( 80%) of the financing completed in the first offering day :-). And 2.59% of EMIPA sold for 811kUSD, setting  a low ball price of just EMIPA @ 43MCAD. Finally some progress setting the path for a 2CAD+ share price. Now let's look forward to the Q3 financials and closing of the  full EMIPA financing.

it will rip today.....outa nowhere.... probably mid afternoon. With $37M USD to start for OSP, I cant see anyone who would sell ORV now.   Its the first material step, in 5 yeas since construction was supposed to start, to get the cash machine runnin......... COuld see a move through 30 today easily and be at new multi year highs by next week all imho

I still view the bond closing as a positive......it is the FIRST REAL MOVE toward turnin the OSP into a cash machine in the past 5 years. imho, lack of market interst is due to performance, or lack thereof, of managment...............or for whatever reason the contollin shareholders and the board let them remain in place.................. If ORV brougnt in new managment I think itd double

I think we can all agree that the possibility of the OSP not getting financed was a real thought/risk before this press release.  Now it looks like the biggest hurdles have been accomplished and the progress towards the build should be steady, all the while derisking our investment more  Additionally the chance we get some very strong financials to the upside look VERY good.
