Yogi, for almost every year, ORV sells off late in the year and then has a big rally.  They used to put out a NR when they issued the RSU/DSUs but havent seen one in a long time..................................... Its frustrating that they dont use options so that there is no upside if stock doesnt perform (right now, they get whatever shares are trading at when they vest, in cash) The

Thanks.  My brain is a lil foggy, and forgot to check Sedi! Like clockwork almost every end of year ie selloff followed by DSU issue, followed by recovery in share price.   WIll we hit 40 this week????

Roll them sleeves up and lets get to work.   Together they received about $2.5 M CA  and own about 28M shares. Couple that with Fablosa and  I think we own the rest LOL   Not alot of float.  Lets see if anyone sells for the cash.   Way way undervalued. If  everything is on track, we have lots of news on the way.

we need to bust through 43 cents were we got hung up on back in the fall.  From there, break through the recent multi year high of 52 or 53 from back in 2022 and then $1+++ should be right around the corner. I migh even by some this week........

To conclude very hefty total compensation package for a < 40 MCAD MCAP company. Does anyone have information on the vesting schedule and what is settled in cash or issue of new shares? I have not found that information

All parts of the Long Term Compensation (RSU and DSU) should be settled in cash upon vesting, according to the 2018 stock option plan. Has anyone read that document?

yes, it is cash settlement. the silliest comp plan known to man. guarnateed $$$$ in the donothins pockets.............imho why not go to a straight options plan????  FOr a payoff you need: 1) Operational performance, 2) market price performance, and 3) liquidity Current plan just puts money in evenyones pocket no matter what..............except shareholders.................and, its our

Q1 production update NR should be out next week.  Hopefully an update on OSP as well. I suspect that is what has put a floor in the price for now.
