Low price plus warrants. This should keep the SP down and rangebound for ages.

Beware the dealer overallotment (greenshoe)! Was watching another stock which did a similar unit sale a few weeks ago. When the greenshoe deal was made public, the dealers had been permitted to buy the half warrants without the accompanying share. A shorters dream, I guess ?
