 										Really, really like the $OSK deal for both groups. Immediate non equity dilutive for the developer, brings in talent, a balance sheet in exchange for north american/exploratory exposure. Sector needs more of this imo

 										I agree. Good deal for both sides. According to the NPV5 at $1,900 gold, this deal is at 0.8x. At or slightly above group average. All-cash deal. Funding secured. I think this is positive.
