The value is 3.98 according to the issuer, and that is why it didn't double.

Good question. I remember a couple of years or so ago the NAV was literally 0 and it traded for a couple bucks and no one could tell me why.

$380 oil would crash our economy into a deep recession and ultimately suffocate demand for oil. It's a self-defeating price target. Oil at $140 will already cause enough damage. Anything ...more
