The pin in the share price balloon

The circular has a hefty revaluing of options to reflect the lousy job of management.  One need only look at page 16 and 17 to see all options are out of the money.  So they lowered the bar by at least half and are starting them at $0.24/share.  That's how you crush a share price rally.

The should change the name to Despra Gold Company not Besra Gold.
