one would think that with silver on a run, there would be a more than serious effort to get Escobal back on line. Unless of course, the master plan is to continue scr3wing the small investors. Everybody would make money but the big guns would make a lot more with all the little guys out of the way.

I read it! My comment stands! There is a bunch of "ugly" going on from both sides but I'd have to side with the Gov't on this one. Yes, PAAS is "helping" people but it is their own self interests from what I can see. I was and am willing to bet that had THO still been around this would already be solved. I'm sure that there is a heck of a lot more going on here than

Regarding Escobal ...... Whose interests will be best served if this doesn't get resolved before the "contingency deal" expires? There are some players who will benefit HUGE when our deal  gets flushed! IEverybody needs to stop "meddling" and get down to the serious business of making a good case for the courts! ........................
