God at the top?
Even if god hisself was a the top of Pan American Metals the problem solving would be no different in South America.
To get a long term workable solution it will take time. Many things change with time.Patience is the current requirement

How many more years? Something needs to be nailed down before the "contingency" expires but somehow I'm sceptical that will happen. Too much money on the table for the THO holders that got scr3wed byt the "tskeover!"

When does this contingency end for Tahoe shareholders and what if anything can be done after the fact. Is it possible for PAAS to offer a discounted share purchase for the old guard?

I;m just working from memory here but it is about 6 years or so. You can look up on the PAAS website and calculate back from there. Tho shareholders got it in the neck with the takeover and now we are going to get it up the AXX with the contingency!

Here is the deal, seems pretty fair with a 10 year lapse from 2019 for a mine that was not properly permitted but with a lot of potential. The legal burdens are all on PamAmerican to see this through ....or not! https://www.panamericansilver.com/investors/panamericansilver-comcontingent-value-right-cvr/

Yes it is up to them alright but they know or ought to know how to move forward towards solving the issues! They are afterall in the business of mininng and SHOULD know the things necessary to get this solved and moving along! They are either stupid, incompetent or just running the clock to the expiration date of the contingency!

You must work for Pan American! There is a way forward with both those mines, especially Escobal but it takes a committment to treat the locals properly! There will be a good enough return from Escobal to properly compensate those holding the protests but comany greed and a total disregard for shareholders has brought us to this point!

Sometimes it is not about the money. Some people actually care about where they live eat and breath.

I'm wiling to bet that if you really were to dig in to this, you would find there are some "external special interests" involved along with people wanting a fair deal. EVERYTHING has a price!
