Contingent Rights Question

I sure missed keeping up with FUU the last month.  Would someone please explain to this uniformed individual (I'm a shareholder of FUU), exactly:

1] what these Rights entail, and

2] do we as shareholders receive proportioate rights (depending on the size of our holdings). 

If so, when do they appear in our accounts?
